These general conditions of use of the website, in conjunction with the particular conditions that may be established, aim to regulate and inform the users of the BOMBAS SACI products.
Browsing and use of the website services implies the acceptance as User, without any type of reservation, of all the general conditions of use, the General Terms of contracting (if any) and any others that may exist regarding the provision of services of BOMBAS SACI.
BOMBAS SACI may, at any time and without prior warning, modify these general conditions and the particular conditions that may be included, by publishing the aforementioned amendments on the website so that they are known beforehand by the users. 4.1.- All the content included on website and in particular the brand names, trademarks, industrial designs, designs, text, photographs, images, videos, graphics, logos, icons, software or any other signs susceptible to industrial and commercial use are protected by industrial and intellectual property rights of BOMBAS SACI or third-party owners thereof that have authorised their inclusion on the website. Therefore any use, and/or reproduction thereof is prohibited without express consent from BOMBAS SACI.
4.2.- BOMBAS SACI shall not be held responsible for any infringements of the third-party intellectual or industrial property rights that may be derived from the inclusion on the website of brands, trademark, designs industrial, patents, designs, text, photographs, graphics, logos, icons or software belonging to third parties stated to be the owners thereof when they were included on the website.

The users recognise and accept that the use of the website and its services is carried under their full responsibility.
BOMBAS SACI will only be responsible for harm that the user may suffer as a consequence of the use of the website when this harm can be attributed to wilful misconduct by BOMBAS SACI.
