PURPOSE
The personal data that we gather is basically from customers and suppliers so we use it to manage our professional relations with them. We keep the data for the duration of the commercial relationship and to comply with the legal periods to fulfil our obligations.
If you provide data through the form on our website, we will use your data only to answer your query, attend to your request or suggestion and, definitively, to attend to you. Once we have attended to you, we will send you a separate consent request to save your data to be able to send offers or news from the company BOMBAS SACI, S.A. If you do not provide consent, we will erase your data in the same year.
If you send us your CV, we will only use the data for current selection processes or any that we launch in the following year. After this term, we will destroy it.
LAWFUL BASIS
If you contact us, we will base our processing on your consent and if the query is related to orders or any other form of commercial relationship, we will process it based on the commercial relationship and the execution of the contract.
In the case of customers and suppliers, we will base the processing of the data on the execution of our industrial and commercial relations. We may send commercial communications by electronic media based on the legitimate interest established in article 21.2. of Law 34/2002 on services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce.
In the case of CVs, we base the processing on the consent of the interested party.
RECIPIENTS
We will not concede data to third parties except when we are obliged to do so to comply with our legal obligations (public administrations, financial entities or third parties who may access the data as parties responsible for processing to assist our company in sales management, transport, etc.).
RIGHTS
You are entitled to access your data, rectify it or delete it. You also have the rights of opposition, limitation and portability, which you can request by writing to us at rgpd@sacipumps.com
You also have the right to lodge a complaint before the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) although we will try to solve any matters related to your data and attend to your requests.
